Structure of Pressure-Sensitive Film
The two-layer pressure-sensitive film consists of a color-forming layer and a color-developing layer.
Color-Forming Principle
When pressure is applied, the microcapsules rupture, releasing the color-forming agent inside, which reacts chemically with the color-developing agent in the color-developing layer to produce a red color. The greater the pressure, the deeper the color; the lower the pressure, the lighter the color.
Instructions for Use

Cut the pressure-sensitive paper to the desired size

Load the pressure-sensitive paper into the machine and apply pressure
3
Remove the pressure-sensitive paper and check the creases
